My only criticism at this point is that you need to do something with the effects pane. It's way too cramped to work with a library of effects that big. If you can make the pane resizable (like the layers pane), or perhaps turn it into a drawer, that would be great. On my system, there's only room for 4 or 5 items in the entire effects library to be visible at one time. Best of luck with this... and congratulations on such a great project!
