He said ImagePlay didn't crash on the files after restarting his computer. If anyone else has experienced ImagePlay crashing when opening files, please email me or post a comment here and I'll contact you to find out more details. Please email me the crash report if you know how, doing so helps immensely in finding the cause of problems.
